Training and Development
Developmental - The developmental program gives youth athletes an opportunity to build their knowledge and skill by using beginner drills and methods. It teaches the base knowledge of the game and of work ethic; basics each athlete must have to begin their basketball career.
Skills we will build - 1. Rules of the game 2. Ball Handling 3. Shooting 4. Passing 5. Basic Footwork 6. Defensive concepts 7. Conditioning
Advanced - The advanced program gives athletes an opportunity to hone their skills by increasing intensity, repetition, and degree of difficulty. The program uses advanced skills and methods that will help separate the advanced athlete from the developmental
Skills we will build - 1. Advanced ball handling 2. Transitional shooting 3. Motion passing 4. Advanced footwork 5. One on one moves 6. Defensive position and intensity 7. Strength & Conditioning

Training and Placement
The professional program is for the athlete who has completed college competition and is preparing for NBA or International competition. These workout are tailored to each athletes’ position and skill set. Additionally, for over 10 years, Primetime is fortunate enough to have built relationships with several international leagues who are in constant contact looking for players.
